About the Role
Lead our analytics team driving data-informed decisions for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll develop machine learning models, design A/B testing frameworks, and present insights to executive stakeholders. Oversee projects that directly influence product roadmaps and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build predictive models using Python/R and ML frameworks
- Design and analyze large-scale experiments
- Develop data pipelines with Spark/Airflow
- Translate business problems into analytics solutions
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
- Collaborate with engineering on data infrastructure
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Master’s in Statistics, CS, or quantitative field
- 7+ years experience in data science roles
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms
- Proven experience with ML deployment (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience managing technical teams
- Strong statistical analysis background
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop/Kafka)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills
