About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patients and report adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care plans
- Prepare and manage patient rooms for new admissions
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Active state LPN license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and ability to handle emotionally charged situations
- Strong attention to patient safety and advocacy standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
