About the Role
Swift Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates to support our growing distribution operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
