About the Role
Seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to create nurturing learning environments for children ages 3-5. You’ll develop age-appropriate curriculum, foster social-emotional growth, and prepare children for kindergarten success. This rewarding position offers the chance to shape young minds during critical developmental years. Evening professional development provided.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans
- Assess child development progress regularly
- Maintain safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Supervise classroom aides and volunteers
- Complete required documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field
- State teaching certification for Pre-K
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of developmental milestones
- Patience and creativity with young children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check
