About the Role
We need an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The Sales Associate will assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a positive in-store environment. Great customer service skills and product knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control
- Answer customer inquiries and provide outstanding service
- Steps to ensure shop liveness and resolution of customer complaints
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
