Requirements
- PhD or MS in Data Science/CS/Statistics
- 5+ years production ML experience
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Cloud ML certification (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims)
- Strong SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals
