Responsibilities
- Analyze EHR and claims data using SQL/Python
- Develop ML models for patient risk stratification
- Create visualization dashboards for stakeholders
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior analysts
Requirements
- PhD in Biostatistics or related field
- 3+ years in healthcare analytics
- Expertise in pandas, TensorFlow, and Tableau
- Knowledge of FHIR and Epic systems
- Strong statistical modeling background
- Experience with genomic data analysis
