About the Role
Design and develop scalable backend systems for financial technology platform. Implement APIs, optimize database structures, and improve system performance. Work collaboratively across teams to deliver technology solutions supporting commercial lending applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Optimize database performance and queries
- Build scalable microservices architecture
- Implement security and data protection solutions
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams
- Write unit tests and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Expertise in Python and Django framework
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and Docker
- Understanding of REST API design principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and optimization skills
