About the Role
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our security team. You will design and implement security solutions to protect our systems and data against threats. Your work will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security systems and protocols.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Monitor security events and respond to incidents.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into operations.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
- Stay updated with emerging security threats and technologies.
- Train employees on security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Proficient in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
- Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols.
- Experience with encryption and access control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
