About the Role
FinTrust Capital seeks an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy for our $1B AUM investment firm. You’ll oversee all fiscal operations while driving initiatives to expand our wealth management and M&A advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year financial strategy
- Manage SEC/state compliance
- Oversee 15-person finance team
- Lead capital raising efforts
- Analyze M&A opportunities
- Present to board of directors
- Optimize risk management
Requirements
- 15+ years finance leadership
- CFA/CPA required
- Experience in asset management
- Proven M&A track record
- Expertise in financial regulations
- Strong ESG investing knowledge
- MBA preferred
