Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
- Book and manage room reservations.
- Offer recommendations for local activities and restaurants.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and seek resolutions.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with booking systems and reservations software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
