About the Role
Join our mission-driven healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients of all ages in our family medicine clinic.
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of health issues
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and clinical interventions
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain patient records
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and current license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification in Family Medicine or primary care
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
