About the Role
Lead the development of scalable machine learning models to optimize enterprise solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven applications that enhance customer experiences. This role directly impacts our innovation pipeline and product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines
- Optimize model performance and ensure deployment in production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Stay updated with advancements in NLP and deep learning
- Partner with product teams to define AI-driven features
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices
- Experience with distributed systems (e.g., Spark)
