About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead our store’s daily operations, driven by a passion for customer service and accomplishing sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales floor presentation
- Hire, train, and develop store associates to elevate customer experience and drive sales
- Set and achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to improve store performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail operations software
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
