About the Role
Lead our non-profit organization, set strategic direction, manage staff, and secure funding to support our mission of providing resources and education to under-resourced communities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff and volunteers
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
- Secure and manage funding through grants, donations, and other resources
- Promote the organization’s mission and impact through public relations and community engagement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Social Work)
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in non-profit management or related field
- Proven track record of securing and managing funding
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Passion for our organization’s mission and commitment to social justice
