About the Role
Sunrise Logistics seeks Warehouse Associates for e-commerce fulfillment center. Pick/pack orders, operate stand-up forklifts, and maintain inventory accuracy in climate-controlled facility. $500 retention bonus after 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Process 150+ picks per 8-hour shift
- Scan items using Zebra TC52 devices
- Stage pallets for LTL shipments
- Report safety hazards immediately
- Rotate between receiving and shipping docks
- Meet 99.8% order accuracy target
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic English comprehension
- Pass drug screen and background check
- Valid forklift cert (or train in 1st week)
- Attendance reliability – ≤2 absences/month
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
