About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our team and inspire students’ mathematical growth. Ideal candidates have experience with STEM education and modern teaching methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for 6-8th grades
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Integrate technology into classroom activities effectively
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers to align curriculum across grades
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification in Mathematics
- 2+ years of experience teaching middle school math
- Strong understanding of state standards and assessments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering creativity and critical thinking
