Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and report patient vital signs
- Assist with patient feeding and hygiene
- Change wound dressings and manage IVs
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong attention to detail
