Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and scheduling staff
- Achieve sales goals through effective team management and customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Train and develop sales associates through on-the-job coaching
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Assist with end-of-day cash reporting and administration
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years retail management experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and POS system skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
