About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use reservations software
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
