About the Role
Pioneer Charter Academy seeks an enthusiastic elementary teacher to deliver Common Core-aligned instruction. Manage classroom of 25 students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated lesson plans
- Administer standardized assessments
- Lead parent-teacher conferences
- Integrate technology in instruction
- Supervise lunch/recess periods
- Attend IEP meetings as needed
Requirements
- Valid MI teaching certificate (K-5)
- Bachelor’s in Education
- 2+ years classroom experience
- Training in trauma-informed practices
- Familiarity with Google Classroom
- Mandatory background check
