About the Role

We are searching for a Retail Store Associate to provide excellent customer service in our retail store. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the sales floor, and processing transactions. Warehouse Store Associate will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products.
• Maintain the sales floor, including stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
