About the Role
The Grand Lakeside Hotel seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our property remains in excellent condition. You’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and guest room inspections to maintain our 4-star standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Perform plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain pool and fitness center equipment
- Assist with renovation projects
- Keep maintenance logs and reports
- Follow safety and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years facilities maintenance experience
- Basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Own basic tools
- Good customer service skills
- Physical stamina for demanding work
- CPO certification preferred
