About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer experiences at Great Northwest Bank’s flagship branch. Process transactions, open new accounts, and provide personalized financial guidance while maintaining operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities to match services with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Open checking/savings accounts and basic IRAs
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy
- Educate customers on digital banking features
- Identify referral opportunities for other bank products
- Balance cash drawer daily with precision
- Adhere to security procedures and banking regulations
Requirements
- 1+ years financial service or retail banking experience
- High school diploma (associate degree preferred)
- Cash handling expertise with attention to detail
- Proficiency in standard office software
- Knowledge of TellerConnect or similar systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass background and credit check
