About the Role
Lead our manufacturing team as a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain production targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members
- Monitor and maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with management to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
