About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. This role involves cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Remove trash and recycle materials
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to guests and colleagues
- Assist with laundry and linen services
- Ensure safety and security guidelines are followed
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines
