About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchases
- Provide information about products and promotions
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions
- Merchandise and maintain the sales floor and stock room
- Handle returns and exchanges per company policy
- Maintain visual standards and organize displays
- Process customer payments and prepare receipts
- Provide fantastic in-store customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
