About the Role
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and reports
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and budgeted amounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan)
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
