About the Role

Join our manufacturing team as a Production Line Worker at Precision Components, Inc. You’ll assemble and test precision parts while maintaining strict quality controls. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency helps produce high-quality automotive components that power our nation’s vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components using pneumatic/hydraulic tools
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Conduct quality inspections using micrometers and caliper measurements
  • Document production data accurately in real-time systems
  • Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow processes
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with material handling using forklift as trained

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in reading technical blueprints
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer knowledge for production tracking
  • Physical stamina for standing/walking 8-10 hours/shift
  • Clear background check and drug screening
