About the Role
Seeking skilled Manufacturing Production Technicians to join our dynamic team at AeroTech. In this role, you will operate and monitor CNC machines, perform quality control checks, and collaborate with a production team to meet tight manufacturing deadlines. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines for different fabrication projects
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Perform quality inspections of finished goods
- Read and interpret technical mechanical drawings
- Identify and resolve production line issues
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience
- Knowledge of machining processes and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with quality control systems preferred
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
