About the Role
Optimize distribution operations at Summit Logistics’ Phoenix warehouse. Lead 20+ staff members across receiving, inventory, and shipping functions. Implement cost-saving efficiencies in a high-volume fulfillment center.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse workflow
- Develop staff schedules and assignments
- Oversee inventory control accuracy
- Coordinate transportation partners
- Maintain WMS and reporting systems
- Implement safety protocols and audits
- Reduce operational losses
Requirements
- 5+ years warehouse management
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/related
- Experience with WMS software
- Knowledge of OSHA warehouse standards
- Budget and P&L management
- Forklift certification
- Proven project management skills
