About the Role
Harmony Health Clinic seeks a compassionate CNA to support patient care in our skilled nursing facility. This role involves direct patient interaction, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Support meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient areas
- Report changes in patient condition to RN/LPN
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
