About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with purchases, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing merchandise
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Restock merchandise and perform visual merchandising duties

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail or a related customer service field
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
