About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient and consistent production processes at our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach production team members to achieve operational excellence
- Manage daily production schedules and workflows
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams
- Analyze and report on operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment (5+ years)
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma principles
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES)
