Welcome guests at San Diego’s premier beachfront property as a Front Desk Agent. Create exceptional arrival experiences while managing check-ins, reservations, and guest requests. Solve challenges efficiently to ensure memorable stays.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations through Hilton system
- Process payments securely
- Provide local dining/recreation recommendations
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate guest folios
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends
- Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish)
