About the Role
Sun Valley Outfitters needs an experienced Store Manager for our Phoenix location. Lead daily operations while driving sales growth and maintaining our reputation for exceptional outdoor gear customer service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Train and schedule 15+ staff members
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints
- Analyze sales reports
- Coordinate with regional buyers
- Ensure loss prevention compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Outdoor industry knowledge preferred
- Leadership skills for diverse teams
- POS system proficiency (Square)
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
