About the Role
Oceanview Retail Group seeks enthusiastic team members for our Miami Beach location. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining store operations in a high-end beachwear and accessories boutique.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Achieve daily sales targets
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Manage inventory and stockroom organization
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years retail experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- Fashion/style awareness
- Positive team-oriented attitude
