About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct security assessments and audits
- Develop and implement security protocols and policies
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure compliance
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and tools
- Respond to security incidents and provide remediation
- Communicate security findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cybersecurity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in cybersecurity (3+ years)
- Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Familiarity with network security and protocols
- Certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
