About the Role
Join our dedicated nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Your role is vital for providing basic patient care in our skilled nursing facility – ensuring residents’ comfort and helping them with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene activities
- Record vital signs (temperature, pulse)
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Transfer and ambulate patients safely
- Report any health changes to nursing supervisors
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (verified in state registry)
- CPR/BLS certification
- 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Empathetic and patient-focused communication skills
