About the Role
Oversee day-to-day operations at our Atlanta distribution center. Manage inventory accuracy, supervise staff, and implement efficiency improvements. Ensure seamless logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse personnel
- Manage inventory using WMS systems
- Ensure timely shipping and receiving
- Develop productivity improvement plans
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation partners
- Conduct employee training and evaluations
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- 2+ years in supervisory role
- WMS expertise (SAP preferred)
- OSHA certification
- Strong problem-solving skills
