About the Role
Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests by handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Address guest inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide guests with local area information and recommendations.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with reservation and property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
