About the Role
Develop autonomous navigation systems for warehouse robotics deployed across 50 fulfillment centers. Lead perception algorithm development enabling real-time decision-making for 150kg+ autonomous mobile robots operating alongside human teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect ROS 2 navigation stacks
- Optimize sensor fusion algorithms (LiDAR, cameras)
- Implement safety-certified control systems
- Develop world-model representation frameworks
- Manage 10-person robotics software team
- Oversee testing at partner warehouses
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Robotics or related field
- 7+ years hands-on robotics experience
- Mastery of C++ in embedded contexts
- Experience deploying fleets of 50+ robots
- Knowledge of functional safety standards
- Background in sensor calibration and fusion
