About the Role

Heritage Hospitality Group seeks a Front Desk Agent for our historic Boston property. You’ll handle guest check-ins, itinerary planning, and problem resolution while creating memorable first impressions. This role serves as the communication hub for guests, housekeeping, and event teams in a premium hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process reservations and check-ins via property system
  • Handle cash/cc transactions confidently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness
  • Promote hotel amenities and local experiences
  • Balance daily cash drawer summary
  • Perform security/night audit functions

Requirements

  • Hospitality/tourism education or 1 year experience
  • Opera PMS proficiency (training provided)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Clear speaking voice and professional presentation
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (incl. weekends)
  • Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Knowledge of Boston attractions
