About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of HR operations. You will develop HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
