About the Role
Lead red team operations for critical infrastructure protection. Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability research, and security assessments. Develop custom tools to identify vulnerabilities before adversaries exploit them.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sophisticated penetration tests
- Develop custom exploitation tools
- Perform physical security assessments
- Mimic APT tactics and techniques
- Discover 0-day vulnerabilities
- Write detailed exploitation reports
- Train blue team members
- Present findings to executive leadership
Requirements
- OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent certifications
- 5+ years offensive security experience
- Proficiency in Python/C/C++
- Advanced reverse engineering skills
- Network and web application exploit development
- Cloud environment penetration testing
- Hardware security experience
- Security clearance eligibility
