Join Phoenix Bistro’s culinary team in our fast-paced kitchen. Prepare dishes from our farm-to-table menu using locally sourced ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes precisely
- Maintain station mise en place
- Adhere to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with sous chef
- Break down kitchen nightly
- Rotate stock using FIFO
- Assist with inventory counts
Requirements
- 1+ year kitchen experience
- Food Handler certification
- Knife skills assessment
- Ability to work weekends
- Stand for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions
- Team-oriented mindset
