About the Role
At the Grand Oasis Resort, our Management Trainees will undergo a comprehensive training program covering all facets of hotel operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to management across departments while cultivating leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in front desk check-ins/check-outs
- Oversee housekeeping standards and room assignments
- Support banquet event setups and catering
- Gain exposure to budgeting and financial oversight
- Build rapport with resort staff across departments
- Deliver exceptional guest service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business
- 0-2 years of hospitality experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for event setups
- Customer service orientation
