About the Role
Support the efficient operation of our city government by managing administrative tasks and coordinating with various departments as a dedicated Public Service Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence and communications from the public and other agencies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and public hearings
- Manage department budgets and financial reports
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative roles or public service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience with financial management software a plus
