About the Role
We are seeking an motivated Operations Manager to lead our logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, while maintaining a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute customer orders
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and identify trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems
