About the Role
Enhance customer experiences at Evergreen Retail downtown location. Assist shoppers in finding merchandise while maintaining an organized shopping environment. Contribute to our positive team atmosphere that makes us a neighborhood favorite.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers on sales floor
- Operate cash register and process various payment types
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and restock shelves
- Promote loyalty program and current promotions
- Process shipment deliveries and track store inventory
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently
- Meet individual daily sales goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in customer-facing role preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Comfortable standing and walking for entire shifts
- Basic computer system proficiency
- Evening and weekend availability required
